Although email is very convenient, there is a risk that it may be intercepted as it leaves our encrypted NHS servers and travels outside on other servers. This is a small risk but does mean that information sent by email may not be secure. Whilst we will respond to emails you send to us, in order to maintain confidentiality of your medical record we will not include personal information in a reply (other than your name and email address) unless you have given us explicit consent to do this.

Whilst we have made every attempt to ensure the accuracy and validity of all information provided on this website, the practice does not accept responsibility for events arising from the use of the information provided. Advice offered to patients, while being as accurate and complete as possible, should not be used as a substitute for a consultation with the patient’s own doctor.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
