Due to an earlier system outage that impacted practices nationwide and extreme demand on our resources, we are running at a reduced capacity. We will be prioritising urgent requests, and there will be a longer than expected delay for routine issues. Please consider whether your concern is urgent and cannot safely wait, to allow our GPs to triage urgent queries in a timely manner. We apologise for any inconvenience.
